TEAM UPDATES

REQUIRED: USA SWIMMING MAAPP POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

USA Swimming, AGUA's national governing body, requires every family to read and acknowledge the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP).

MAAPP prioritizes the safety of athletes and addresses one-on-one interactions, social media and electronic communications, local and team travel, locker rooms and changing areas, and athletic training modalities.

Acknowledgment by all families is mandatory. Please complete your acknowledgement by Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

IN-PERSON SUIT FITTINGS & AGUA TEAM SHIRTS

SwimOutlet, our provider for t-shirts, practice equipment, tech suits, and more, will be on-site for in-person fittings on:

Friday, September 12 (UES campus, 4pm-7pm)
Saturday, September 13 (BPC campus, 8am-11am)

AGUA team T-shirts are also available for order at the team store. All members of the AGUA Swim Team must purchase one of each color (Black, Dark Gray, and Light Gray). Team shirts with the updated AGUA logo are required for each competition.

REMINDERS

LOCKER ROOM REMINDERS

As we kick off the 2025-2026 AGUA season, we want to remind our athletes of locker room policies and best practices:

Locker rooms are shared spaces at both BPC & UES. All AGUA swimmers should speak and behave in alignment with our team values of respect, accountability and discipline.
There are absolutely no photos or videos permitted to be taken inside the locker rooms, both on campus and during travel meets.
Swimmers should lock their belongings in a locker during practice.
Only swimmers who are members of Asphalt Green are permitted to use the member locker rooms at Asphalt Green. There are no exceptions.

REQUIRED ID CARDS

All swimmers must use their ID cards to access our facilities. Swimmers are not permitted to enter the facilities without their ID cards.
