Pre-Meet Fueling: October Nutrition Bite

It's meet week, once again! Be sure to review our October Nutrition Bite courtesy of Beine Wellness Building.

This month, our nutrition help addresses fueling for the day of competition. It includes suggestions for what to eat before, during and after the swim meet!

Now Open: Group Parent Applications

Group parents help with logistical questions, direct other parents with concerns and questions to a lead group coach, and promote the AGUA Swim Team's philosophy and expectations. They also help organize group social events throughout the season.

Interested? Submit an application by next Tuesday, October 10!

Sign Up to Become an Official!

The AGUA Swim Team needs swim stroke and turn judges. Being an official is a great way to get involved in your swimmer's life and the sport! You'll learn the rules of competitive swimming and gain a greater understanding of how swim meets work.
