REMINDER: USA SWIMMING MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS NEEDED

Don't forget — if you're a returning AGUA swimmer and haven't already, you must renew your USA Swimming membership to remain eligible for 2026 competitions. For questions or concerns, reach out to Coach John Alaimo via email at jalaimo@asphaltgreen.org.

GREAT WORK AT THANKSGIVING CLASSIC

Congratulations to the AGUA swimmers who competed in the 2025 Jersey Wahoos Thanksgiving Celebration in Sewell, NJ! Our swimmers earned new personal bests and qualification standards for the Junior Nationals, Futures and Sectionals.

The team's efforts were highlighted by Milly Birch, who raced to the top time in the country this season in the 13-14 Girls 1650 freestyle (16:41.73). Chloe Yang also raced to a nationwide top-ten time in the 13-14 Girls 200 butterfly (2:03.87).

The AGUA coaches would also like to thank the following athletes for standing out as R.A.D. Teammates and exemplifying our team values of Respect, Accountability and Discipline at the meet: Bea Chukwulozie, Eva Johnson, Imogen Miller, and Laura Strassenburg.

AGUA is looking for stroke-and-turn judges! Being an official is a great way to get involved in your swimmer's life and the sport. You will learn the rules of competitive swimming and how meets work.

REMINDERS

LOCKER ROOM REMINDERS

As we kick off the 2025-2026 AGUA season, we want to remind our athletes of locker room policies and best practices:

Locker rooms are shared spaces at both BPC & UES. All AGUA swimmers should speak and behave in alignment with our team values of respect, accountability and discipline.
There are absolutely no photos or videos permitted inside locker rooms, both on campus and during travel meets.
Swimmers should lock their belongings in a locker during practice.
Only swimmers who are members of Asphalt Green are permitted to use the member locker rooms at Asphalt Green. There are no exceptions.

REQUIRED ID CARDS

All swimmers must use their ID cards to access our facilities. Swimmers are not permitted to enter the facilities without their ID cards.
