COMPETITION UPDATES

OLIVER SHAO REPRESENTS AGUA AT OPEN WATER NATIONALS!

Congratulations to Oliver Shao on his performance at the 2024 USA Swimming Open Water National Championship in Sarasota, FL. He is the first AGUA athlete since 2012 to compete at Open Water Nationals!

The competition featured the best distance swimmers from across the country. Oliver raced the 10K National Championship event in a field with Olympians, National Team Members and more. Oliver was the youngest athlete in the 10K race, placing 8th amongst all 18-and-unders and 23rd overall.

ACTION REQUIRED: INTENT TO RETURN

As planning begins for the 2024-2025 AGUA swim season, please let us know if your swimmer intends to return to the team in the fall. All athletes must declare their intent by Tuesday, May 28.

DECLARE INTENT FOR 2024-2025

SUMMER 2024 PRACTICE SCHEDULE

All swimmers will remain on their spring 2024 practice schedule through Sunday, June 23. Beginning Monday, June 24, we will move to the summer 2024 practice schedule.

The final day of swim practice for the 2023-2024 season will be Friday, August 9, 2024.

AGUA BANQUET UPDATES

We look forward to celebrating our athletes at the annual AGUA Swim Team Banquet! All swimmers are encouraged to attend. Please see the details below:

AGUA COLLEGE COMMITMENT DAY

Join us to celebrate the AGUA Class of 2024 athletes who have committed to swim and study in college starting this fall.

Swimmers in Senior Prep, Senior I, Senior II and National are encouraged to attend the event on Saturday, May 18 at 11:30am at the AquaCenter Third Floor.
