2023 LCM Meet Updates

Senior Metropolitan Championships

When: Thursday, July 13, to Sunday, July 16, 2023
Where: Nassau County Aquatic Center, East Meadow, NY
Swimmer call times:
- Thursday (800 Freestyle) – 3:30pm
- Thursday (800 Freestyle Relay) – 4:30pm
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday (Preliminaries) – 7am (Swimmers should confirm with their lead group coach.)
- Friday/Saturday (Finals) – 4pm
- Sunday (Finals) – 3:30pm
Uniform:
- Thursday – Choice AGUA shirt
- Friday – Black AGUA shirt
- Saturday – Dark gray AGUA shirt
- Sunday – Light gray AGUA shirt
- Tech suits are permitted. All suits must adhere to the team suit policy.

Metropolitan Age Group Championships

When: Friday, July 21, to Sunday, July 23, 2023
Where: Nassau County Aquatic Center, East Meadow, NY
Tentative swimmer call times:
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday (10 & Under; 13 to 14) – 7:15am
- Friday (11 to 12; 15 & Over) – 1pm
- Saturday/Sunday (11 to 12; 15 & Over) – 1:30pm
Uniform:
- Friday – Black AGUA shirt
- Saturday – Dark gray AGUA shirt
- Sunday – Light gray AGUA shirt
- Tech suits are permitted. All suits must adhere to the team suit policy.

USA Swimming Futures Championships

Who: Qualifiers
When: Wednesday, July 26, to Saturday, July 29, 2023
Where: SwimRVA, Richmond, VA

ISCA Summer Elite Showcase

Who: Qualifiers
When: Wednesday, August 2, to Saturday, August 5, 2023
Where: North Shore Aquatic Complex, St. Petersburg, FL

Eastern Zone Senior Zone Championships

Who: Qualifiers
When: Thursday, August 3, to Sunday, August 6, 2023
Where: Eerie Community College, Buffalo, NY

Registration for the 2023-2024 Season

Registration for the 2023-2024 season will be open from Monday, July 17 through Friday, August 11. Registration must be completed through your Asphalt Green account. Please be sure to check your password in advance.

For the 2023-2024 scholarship application process, all financial information must be submitted through Asphalt Green’s financial aid software, TADS.

Once you create a login, please make the following selections:

Senior Prep Gold will swim from 5:45pm to 7:15pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Canceled: Senior Prep dryland.

Friday, July 14

Swimmers in Senior I, Senior II, and National racing at Senior Mets may swim from 7am to 8:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Senior I will swim from 4:15pm to 5:45pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Canceled: All dryland practices.

Saturday, July 15

All (UES & BPC) 11- to 14-year-old Age Group Championship qualifiers will swim from 7am to 8:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
All (UES & BPC) 10-and-under Age Group Championship qualifiers will swim from 8:30am to 9:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
All 15-and-over Age Group Championship qualifiers will swim from 10am to 11:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East side campus.
Canceled: All other practices at both of Asphalt Green's campuses.

Sunday, July 16

Canceled: All practices.

Monday, July 17

Senior II and National morning practices are canceled. Evening practices will run as regularly scheduled.
Canceled: BPC dryland practice.

Thursday, July 20

Canceled: BPC dryland practices.

Friday, July 21

Senior II will swim from 7am to 8:30am at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Canceled: Senior I, AG1, AG2, AG3 and Senior Prep.

Saturday, July 22

Canceled: BPC and UES AG2 and AG3.

Sunday, July 23

Canceled: All practices.

Monday, July 24

Canceled: BPC dryland practices.
