Congratulations to our athletes who raced at the 2023 Metropolitan Age Group Championships in East Meadow, NY!
The AGUA Swim Team's efforts were highlighted by 29 individual medals and 17 medals on relays. AGUA swimmers raced to countless personal best times, heat wins, and more. Milly Birch led the way for AGUA by setting a new AGUA Swim Team record in the 50 backstroke and winning first-place, high-point honors for 11- and 12-year-old girls.

Asphalt Green's Annual Facility and Pool Maintenance
As a reminder, from August 20 through September 4, Asphalt Green will perform annual maintenance on various parts of the Upper East Side and Battery Park City campuses. During this time, the pools will be closed. Be sure to take a look at our checklist about fun things to do outside of the pool!
Thank you for your patience while we give our facilities a little care and attention. We're looking forward to being back in full swing on September 5!
Required: Gear Bag Pick Up by This Friday, August 11!
Don't forget! Swimmers must take home their gear bags from our equipment closets or crates by the last day of practice on Friday, August 11.
Any gear bags left behind may be thrown away when pools close for Asphalt Green's annual facility maintenance, beginning Saturday, August 19. Please note, swimmers in all groups no longer need equipment for practice.
