Register for the AGUA Masters Holiday Potluck

 

The holiday season is finally here, and we're hosting a festive potluck for our team. Our potluck has been rescheduled to Sunday, December 17 and we can't wait to see you all then to celebrate!

 

Join the party for great fun and tasty dishes whipped up by our fantastic swim community. We're counting on your culinary skills to add to the feast! Let us know you're coming by filling out the form below and sharing what delightful dish you'll be bringing to the table.

Winter Holiday Practice Schedule

 

Please note that we will have an adjusted practice schedule during the week between Christmas and New Years. Stay tuned for an update from Coach Jim on the finalized schedule.

Month-to-Month Membership Price Increase

 

Don't forget — the price of all month-to-month (no-contract) memberships will increase effective January 1, 2024.

 

If you're currently under a month-to-month (no contract) membership type, you can keep paying your same monthly rate by switching to an annual (contract) membership before December 15, 2023. Please note:

  • Both month-to-month (no contract) and annual (contract) memberships are billed on a monthly basis.
  • The AGUA Masters add-on pricing will not change on January 1, 2024.

If you haven't already done so, please let us know if you'd like to opt into an annual membership or keep your month-to-month membership:

Swim Workout

 

Please note, these intervals are for short course yards but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.

 

Warm Up: (Set yards: 900)

  • 300 swim
  • 300 IM drill
  • 300 pull

Set 1: 3 rounds all pull (Set yards: 1050)

  • 100 DPS (-1 stroke in the back 50) at 1:30
  • 2 x 25 swim (build within 25s) at 0:30
  • 100 (smooth) at 1:30
  • 4 x 25 swim (all fast) at 0:30

Set 2: Three rounds (Set yards: 1350)

  • 2 x 50 kick (fast) at 0:50
  • 4 x 25 stroke (descend on 1-4) at 0:30
  • 2 x 50 free swim at 0:50
  • 100 swim (choice of stroke) at 1:40
  • 50 (easy) at 1:00
