THANKSGIVING SCHEDULE

Please note that we will NOT have practices at either location on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 28, 2024. However, the pools at both campuses will remain open for lap swim with an adjusted schedule of 8am-1pm.

On Friday November, 29, 2024 our UES practices at 5:30am-7am and 12pm-1pm will be in LCM. 

FREE MASTERS MEET

DR. BILL ROSS MEMORIAL MASTERS SWIM MEET

• WHEN: Sunday, November 24, 2024
• WHERE: Nassau County Aquatic Center
• ABOUT:
  • The 800 Freestyle will be the first event.
  • Swimmers may only enter the 800 or 400 Freestyle, not both.
  • It will be seeded from fastest to slowest.
  • It will be limited to three heats cutoff online.
  • There will be a brief warm-up after the 800.
  • Relays will be accepted up until the start of the 800.
  • A new relay event, the 200 Medley, will be added.

• 400 swim
• 300 pull
• 200 kick

Set 1: four rounds (Set yards: 1600)

• 4x25 drill 0:30
• 4x50 drill/swim by 25 0:55
• 100 IM  1:40

Set 2:  3 rounds (Set yards: 1800)

• 3x100 IMO 1:40
• 200 free 2:40
• 100 easy recovery 2:00
