    WE WILL NOT HOLD MASTERS PRACTICES ON SATURDAY, APRIL 4, AT EITHER LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE MEET, 

     

    We will resume on Sunday April 5, 2026.

      At the moment, we will NOT have coached practices on Sundays. We hope to resume beginning, May 3, 2026, and will keep you updated on scheduling.

      Join fellow Masters swimmers at Asphalt Green’s special Gala celebration on Thursday evening, May 28.  When you attend the Gala, you honor a coach, uplift a team, and provide critical funding to advance Asphalt Green’s mission to create pathways to achievement through sports, fitness, and play.

       

      Help us celebrate the joy of movement at a venue that reminds us where play once began.  We look forward to bringing our community together at the iconic Central Park Zoo for this unforgettable evening.  The sea lions may even show us some impressive strokes at cocktail hour!

      Warm Up (Set yards: 800)

      • 200 Swim
      • 300 IM kick/drill/swim by 100's
      • 300 pull

      Set One: 1 round (Set yards: 900)

      • 9x100 with fins
        • Smooth, counting strokes

        • Build holding last stroke counts
