SUNDAYS AT UES AND BPC

We've added some exciting practices to our Sundays:

UES:

• Drylands: First Sunday of every month 
  • Time: 6:15am-6:50am before swim practice
  • Location: 3rd floor

BPC:

• Additional swim practice: Sundays through mid-June
  • Time: 8am-9am
  • Led by Coach Sarah

2025 SWIM CLINIC Q&A

We're hosting swim clinic focused on underwater filming, data capture, technique, and more on Saturday, April 5, from 6am-8am. Please submit any swim questions you'd like answered at the clinic using the form below. 

Additionally, we're presenting an open water clinic in our 50m Olympic pool on Saturday, April 5, from 7am-9am. We'll use this time to work on sighting drills, passing technique, and swimming without lane lines.

ASPHALT GREEN GALA

Join fellow AGUA Masters swimmers and coaches for an unforgettable evening at the Asphalt Green Gala on Thursday evening, May 29th, with stunning views over Central Park at the Mandarin Oriental.

Proceeds from the Gala support Asphalt Green’s strategic vision priorities, including investments in facilities and expansion to serve more New Yorkers‒including important aquatics programming at the River East Elementary pool!

Asphalt Green helped lead efforts to recommission River East, the only accessible indoor in East Harlem, where we now serve nearly 1,000 members of the community with Wave Makers free learn-to-swim opportunities‒and our new pathways to competitive swimming in partnership with the Stand By Me Swimming Foundation and its Board Members/fellow Masters swimmers Fleur Sohtz, Chris Harris, and Trevor Freeman!

Set 1: Two rounds (Set yards: 1800)

• 10x50 kick steady free with no fins 0:55
• 4x100 free swim 3 kicks off each wall 1:40

Set 2:  Two round (Set yards:1900)

• 3x150 free/back/free 2:15
• 4x100 back steady and gentle descend 1:40
