BPC- SUNDAY AM PRACTICE

    We will NOT have coached practices on Sundays from March  15 and hope to resume May 3, 2026 but will keep you updated.

     

    We will keep lane space reserved for Masters swimmers that want to use them.

    Warm Up (Set yards: 800)

    • 300 swim
    • 200 IM kick/drill by 25
    • 300 pull 50 free/25 IMO

    Set One: 1 round (Set yards: 1200)

    • 6x75 1:15
      • odd-50 kick/25 DPS
      • even- 50 build free/25 IMO
