Olympic Pool Reopening Monday! 

Great news! The Olympic pool at our Upper East Side Campus will reopen at 9am this coming Monday, March 25. 

We are grateful for your immense patience, understanding, and support during this unexpected shutdown, and we look forward to seeing you in the water again soon! 

We are waiving all entry fees for AGUA Masters members only at our 2024 Metropolitan SCY Champs on April 6 in appreciation for your understanding.

Swim Workout

Please note, these intervals are for short course yards but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments: 

Warm Up: (Set yards: 700)

• 200 swim
• 300 pull
• 200 IM drill

Set 1: Three rounds (Set yards: 1350)

• 6x50 odd- fast, even-smooth 1:00
• 6x75 odd-IMO drill/even-free smooth 1:20
• 6x100 free pull des 1-3, 4-6 1:40

Set 2: One round (Set yards: 1300)

• 10x100 swim
  • 2x 1:15
  • 2x 1:20
  • 2x 1:25
  • 2x 1:20
  • 2x 1:15
• 6x50 smooth 1:00
