TRAINING TIPS

DYNAMIC WARMUP #3

dryland31-ezgif.com-crop

Dynamic warmups are essential before you jump into the water. This warmup exercise is known as The World's Greatest Stretch, demonstrated here by Coach Isaac.

A good beginner version is to tap your hand to your opposite knee.  The intermediate progression is to position your body a little higher during the lunge if you can't hold that deep of a stretch. The most advanced progression is to rotate with your elbow rather than your hand.

Repeat on the other side!
