    Congratulations as well to Jim Mannoia (13 hr 45 min) on the successful completion of his 20 Bridges swim.

    Please note that these intervals are for short-course yards, but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.

     

    Warm Up (Set yards: 800)

    2 rounds

    • 200 swim
    • 100 kick
    • 100 pull

    Set One: Two rounds (Set yards: 1800)

    • 3x200 with fins 3:30
      • 50 kick/150 swim
      • 100 kick/100 swim
      • 150 kick/50 swim
    • 3x100 IMO drill/swim by 25 1:40

    Main Set: Two rounds (Set yards: 2400)

    • 4x50 fly 1:00
    • 3x100 back 1:45
    • 3x100 free 1:30
    • 100 easy kick on back 2:30
