First Sunday of every month (Beginning Sunday, February 2) from 6:20am-6:50am before practice on the 3rd floor
Battery Park City:
Every Tuesday in classroom A/B from 11:20am-11:50am

We're hosting another swim clinic focused on underwater filming, data capture, technique, and more. If you have any questions about swimming, we'd love to address them during the clinic. Provide your questions using the form below and stay tuned for more information!
Please note that these intervals are for short course yards, but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.
