HOLIDAY SCHEDULE REMINDER

Our holiday season will have an adjusted schedule. A firm schedule and packet of workouts will be shared at a later date.

THURSDAY 12/18

Please note that there will be no evening practices for Asphalt Green's Holiday staff party.
Lap swim is available at UES and BPC.

WEDNESDAY 12/24

Please note there will be no practice on Christmas Eve.
Lap swim is available from 8am-4pm at UES and BPC.

THURSDAY 12/25

Please note there will be no practice on Christmas Day.
Lap swim is available from 8am-1pm at UES and BPC.

SATURDAY 12/27

UES 4x50 LCM lanes are reserved for Masters swim from 7am-8am.
BPC 3x25 SYC lanes are reserved for Masters swim from 7am-8am.
Lap swim is available from 8am-8pm at UES and BPC.

WEDNESDAY 12/31

Please note there will be no practice on New Year's Eve.
Lap swim is available from 8am-4pm at UES and BPC.

THURSDAY 1/1

Please note there will be no practice for New Years Day.
Lap swim is available from 11am-5pm at UES and BPC.

SWIM WORKOUT

Please note that these intervals are for short course yards, but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.

Warm Up (Set yards: 800)

400 swim: 75 free/25 back
200 IM kick
200 IM drill/swim by 25

Set 1: 1 round (Set yards: 1200)

4x200 pull des 1-4 3:00
4x100 free swim des 1-4 1:30

Main set: Two rounds (Set yards: 1600)

8x100 IMO in pairs max effort 2:00
