HOLIDAY SCHEDULE REMINDER

Please review our adjusted holiday schedule and workout packet below. From all of AGUA Masters, we wish you a happy and healthy holiday!

WEDNESDAY 12/24

There will be no practice on Christmas Eve.
Lap swim is available from 8am-4pm at UES and BPC.

THURSDAY 12/25

There will be no practice on Christmas Day.
Lap swim is available from 8am-1pm at UES and BPC.

SATURDAY 12/27

UES 4x50 LCM lanes are reserved for Masters swim from 7am-8am.
BPC 3x25 SYC lanes are reserved for Masters swim from 7am-8am.
Lap swim is available from 8am-8pm at UES and BPC.

WEDNESDAY 12/31

There will be no practice on New Year's Eve.
Lap swim is available from 8am-4pm at UES and BPC.

THURSDAY 1/1

There will be no practice on New Year's Day.
Lap swim is available from 11am-5pm at UES and BPC.

Please note that these intervals are for short course yards, but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.

Warm Up (Set yards: 800)

500 swim - 75 free/25 back
200 kick
100 swim

Set 1: Two rounds (Set yards: 1800)

400 pull 6:00
4x125 swim, last 25 with effort 2:00

Main set: One round (Set yards: 1800)

400 IM 7:00
4x100 free 1:30
0:30 rest
400 free 6:30
4x100 IM 1:40
