Thanks to your feedback, we're introducing some pre-practice activation drylands for the team. We're testing out times to begin, so please find our dryland dates below. Please make sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers to dryland workouts. All are welcome to join!
Dynamic stretching will constitute low impact stretching and a few beginner strength exercises.
Advanced dryland will constitute strength and plyometric exercises.
Battery Park City:
Dynamic stretching: Tuesday, January 7 from 11:15am-11:50am in Classroom B
Advanced dryland: Tuesday, January 14 from 11:15am-11:50am in Classroom B
Upper East Side:
Dynamic stretching: Monday, January 6 from 11:15am-11:50am on 3rd floor of the AquaCenter
