Set 1: One round (Set yards: 1400)
4 x 100 IM at 1:50
Odd strokes - drill
Even strokes - kick
300 (as 100 IM, then 200 freestyle) at 5:00
4 x 100 freestyle at 1:40
300 (as 200 IM, then 100 freestyle) at 5:00
Set 2: Three rounds rotating through strokes IMO (Set yards: 1800)
8 x 50 (as 2 butterfly, 1 freestyle, 2 butterfly, 1 freestyle, 2 butterfly) at 0:55
200 (as 100 butterfly, then 100 backstroke) at 4:00
