WINTER HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
Please see the attached holiday training schedule from Dec. 22 through Jan. 4 below. Please note that open practices will maintain Masters reserved lanes but will not have a coach on deck.

WINTER PRACTICE PACKET
Whether you're traveling or staying in NYC, we hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday season. If you are able to find time to jump into your local pool or get in a few dryland workouts, we have assembled a packet of workouts below to keep your training going.
Thanks to your feedback, we're introducing some pre-practice activation drylands for the team. We're testing out times to begin, so please find our dryland dates below. Please wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers to dryland workouts.
Dynamic stretching will constitute low impact stretching and a few beginner strength exercises.
Advanced dryland will constitute strength and plyometric exercises.
All are welcome to join!

21-23 (main weekend): *New England LMSC SCY Championship “Harvard Meet” (Blodgett Pool, Boston, MA). 700+ swimmers.
Please note that these intervals are for short course yards, but feel free to adjust as necessary. Refer to the following USMS Pace Chart for interval adjustments.
