ANNOUNCEMENTS & HIGHLIGHTS
Congratulations to our 4th-grade and 7th-grade boys on their championship weekends at the Zero Gravity Grand Finale on November 9!
Coach Justin's 7th/8th grade girls attended the NY Knicks vs Orlando Magic on November 12 as part of our extended relationship with the Jr.Knicks. During this once-in-a-lifetime experience, our girls played on the MSG floor prior to the game, watched shoot-around and participated in the high-five line before tip-off!

Led by our outstanding Community Programs Basketball Manager, David Rohn, Asphalt Green is providing free clinics at The Cooke School and Roberto Clemente on Sundays for athletes ages 5-14.
Our recreational program started our new and exciting model this past Fall and will continue through our Winter season! All leagues will feature a skills segment, 3v3 games, and a 5v5 component.
This December, our featured monthly individual and team skills are as follows:
Form shooting
Shooting in transition ( positioning)
Change of direction ( half court & full court)
Ability to shift and finish through contact
Shell defense ( half court & full court)
Rebounding
Finding your opponent in transition
The outdoor court at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus is back and better than ever. Now with fresh lines for basketball and futsal — all that’s missing is you. Grab your friends and check it out!

December 6 //Asphalt Greens' girls teams, grades 5-8, are set to tip off this coming weekend in Westchester at the ZG Winter league. Check out our squads.
December 6-7 //Coach Chris's 6th grade boys- national, and coach Adrianne's 8th grade boys- national are starting circuit play at Hoop Group's NXT Gen event, session 1 in NJ.
December 7//All our boys regional teams, grades 3-9, will begin league play in the 55 Swish league!! Find your team here.
December 7// Boys 10th grade are in action at Riverbank state park in the Live City league.
December 17 //Youth Basketball League appreciation night! All current fall youth league participants are invited for a night of games, giveaways, AG swag & much more!
December 22-January 4 // The AAU program will be on pause for the holiday break. Teams will return to practice at BPC on Monday, January 5 & St. Lukes on Tuesday, January 6.
