Congratulations to our athletes who competed at the 2024 Metropolitan Swimming 8 & Under Championships! Our swimmers raced to medals, new personal best times, and countless heat-winner duck prizes!
Aria Freeman and Everett Lan led AGUA in individual event wins. Aria earned first place in the 7-and-under girls 25 breaststroke, 50 breaststroke, and 100 IM, while Everett took home gold in the 7-and-under boys 25 butterfly, 50 backstroke, 25 freestyle, and 50 freestyle.
Everett teamed up with George Laconte, Max Mulholland, and Hiu Wong to win the 7 & under 100 and 200 medley relays. AGUA also earned first place in the 8-year-old boys 100 freestyle and 200 medley relays with strong efforts from Logan Bratu, Cooper Chen, Morgan Dasilva, Zubin Reuter and Camille Turpin.

March Nutrition Bite: Fueling for Prelims/Finals Meets
This month's Nutrition Bite, courtesy of our partner Beine Wellness, focuses on fueling before, during, and after swim meet sessions with an added focus on the preliminary/finals format.
Nutrition is a fundamental component of meet preparation, providing the body with the fuel and nutrients it needs to perform at its peak and maximize the chances of success.
Senior II will swim from 5:30am to 7am at Sacred Heart.
Swimmers racing at Eastern Zone Sectionals will swim from 5pm to 6:30pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
AG3 Green will swim from 5:30pm to 7pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus.
Senior Prep Green and Gold will swim from 6:30pm to 8pm at Asphalt Green's Upper East Side campus. Gold dryland will be from 5:45pm to 6:15pm.
